Workmen’s Auto Insurance No Longer Writes in Missouri

Workmen’s Auto Insurance Company has decided to withdrawl its non-standard automobile insurance program from Missouri. Workmen’s recently notified the Missouri Depatment of Insurance of intent to withdrawl non-standard auto program.

Missouri Choice program has already been withdrawn, and choice policies expiring April 1, 2013 and later are being nonrenewed. Workmen’s Auto will no longer accept new auto insurance business in the non-standard auto program. Workmens will begin nonrenewing all Missouri non-standard car insurance policies with expiration dates of April 2013 and later.

A letter will be enclosed with each policyholder nonrenewal notice explaining the reason for the nonrenewal and advising the policyholder that as an INDEPENDENT AGENCY, Cloverleaf Insurance 1800-530-5822, represents several companies and can provide them with options for replacement coverage.
